Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide a wide range of highly responsible and confidential administrative and general support services to support the Business Unit Management team.
Duties include:
- Raising shopping carts
- Managing workflow inbox
- Actioning items from a joint mailbox
- Organising car hire and travel
- Maintenance requests
- Fleet requests and vehicle servicing
- General Administration Duties
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, excel and PowerPoint software, and SAP is highly regarded
- Ability to maintain strict levels of confidentiality
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Display a strong sense of teamwork and proactively seek to assist and work well with others.
