The Position
Our Network Analysts are responsible for providing exceptional level 3 technical support outcomes to Bendigo Telco’s managed network business and enterprise customers.
The Network Analyst is responsible for the support and delivery of our Next Generation network solutions, including but not limited to Internet and data services, Virtual Private Networks, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Cloud connectivity and security services. The team work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure that services are delivered and maintained with care, precision and in a timely fashion.
The Network Analyst will have a growth mindset, be adaptable to change and be able to inspire confidence while motivating our customers and team to achieve great outcomes. The role is pivotal to the success of Bendigo Telco, its customers and the communities that we serve.
Key selection criteria
- Proven experience in business and enterprise network installation, management and maintenance
- Experience in Firewall technology – ideally Cisco and Fortinet
- Experience in administering virtual and cloud platforms.
- Experience in fault-finding and ability to diagnose issues
- Established customer service skills and the ability to provide an outstanding ‘Customer Experience’.
- Documentation skills across technical, project and process
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment that involves frequent change
- Proven ability to work effectively on multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to actively participate in a positive team culture with a high emphasis on collaboration to achieve exceptional business outcomes.
- Must be willing to work an on-call roster covering Mon-Fri, weekends and public holidays outside of core business hours.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ IT industry experience required
- Service Provider/MSP experience highly desirable
- Relevant Network or Security certifications such as CCNA/FCP or equivalent highly desirable.
- ITILv3/4 Foundation certification desirable
