We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Officer / Personal Assistant to join our Economy and Growth team. This is a permanent full time role working 35 hours per week that will primarily be based at our Corporate Centre in Goonellabah.
You are:
- A team player and be flexible to work across different business areas
- Able to prioritise and schedule work and meet deadlines
- Someone with a real eye for detail and very high standards
- Self-motivated, proactive, observant and aware
- Provide efficient and accurate administrative and support services to the Economy and Growth Directorate, with a specific focus on Economic Activation, Investment and Growth and Strategic Land Use Planning and Sustainability activities
- Ensure the smooth running of the business by performing a range of administrative and support functions within a political, complex and multi-faceted organisational environment
- Ensure accurate and timely information is captured within corporate systems

Salary range starts from $1,211.50 per week plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience)
