The Community Amenity Business Support Team are currently seeking to appoint two highly skilled and motivated Business Support Officers to provide a wide range of administrative and Business Support services to the Public Health and Community Laws teams within the Community Amenity Department.
About the Position:
The position involves providing administrative assistance for the Public Health and Community Laws teams, including registration, renewal and management of food and beauty premises, prescribed accommodation premises, animal registrations, and a wide range of permit issuing.
About you:
An eye for attention to detail and continuous improvement
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of technology, systems and applications with experience in Pathway and/or TRIM highly desirable.
Willingness to learn attitude
Proven experience in an administrative or Business Support environment, Public Health administration desired but not required.
