About the Role:
The Business Support Trainee assist a diverse range of administration staff and leaders at the AGL Loy Yang site, as well as visiting AGL employees and external stakeholders, by delivering efficient administrative assistance services.
WPC Group are seeking motivated and passionate individuals, committed to completing a 12-month Traineeship.
Key Accountabilities:
- Completing a Certificate III in Business qualification
- Processing documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Coordinating domestic and international travel and accommodation
- Supporting the Loy Yang Community Support program and participating in the Community Support Fund committee
- Managing meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and actions
- Conducting data entry tasks
- Assisting with venue setup, pack-up, and logistics
- Providing administrative support across the Loy Yang site
- Organizing site tours and events, including catering arrangements and visitor passes
- Working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional after-hours or weekend work required
- Completing any other reasonable tasks as directed by leadership.
