About the role

The Business Support Officer provides human resource, financial and administrative management advice and consultancy across the Specialty Medicine 2 Program by assisting managing financial and administrative support services staff, developing and maintaining financial and statistical information and systems, reconciling service agreement contracts, reconciliations and financial transactions, budget and journal preparation, asset monitoring including coordinating minor works requests and building maintenance, investigating and analysing cost benefit trend variation and performance activity data.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
