Working within the Digital Sales Experience and Personalization tribe, you will be joining a team who are passionate about attracting & activating customers through Digital Channels, as well as defining and developing sales & engagement strategies across all channels.

What will your day look like
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will:
- Work with business to define and articulate business and customer needs into requirements
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to translate business requirements into workable technology outcomes for the squad
- Elaborate requirements into epics, user stories, discover, and analyze solution options
- Partner with the Product Owner for refining the product backlog; with the squad to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries.
- Lead requirements in risk and security reviews with the stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement leading to more effective and efficient analysis
- Leverage tools for optimal collaboration (across geographies) and knowledge sharing
- Provide ongoing support for the platform as required e.g. problem / incident management
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience working as business system analyst in one or more of thefollowing:
- Customer origination platforms / online application systems
- API based digital solutions
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Content management tools
- Extensive knowledge of the business, customers, technical systems that support the business and related business drivers.
- A thorough understanding and working experience in the scaled agile framework
- Strong elicitation / requirements gathering, estimation, facilitation, and impact assessment skills – with equal focus on business process and technology impacts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate business analysis outcomes with large, senior stakeholder groups
- Ability to adopt a functional decomposition approach to analysis using an extensive range innovative elicitation methods and techniques
- Ability to work with Product Owners and Engineers to analyze potential value, recommend solutions, uncover dependencies, and validate boundaries and sequencing of user-stories.
- Ability to define and articulate business and customer needs and drivers to inform decision making, assess and design solution outcomes and identify capability gaps
- Proficient across a broad range of elicitation techniques to defining requirements in complex business and technology environments to meet business outcomes and customer demands
- Ability to plan, estimate and manage analysis work for a team, facilitate ceremonies and drive outcomes
- Strong experience in understanding technology system modelling, system design, application performance needs and technology infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze interface designs and API interactions, data mapping, data modelling, request – response and different error conditions.
- Experience in aligning new features with enterprise agile release train and ability to support changes to production
- Ability to lead team meetings, conduct agile ceremonies and support the squad on Scrum Mastery aspects
- Growth mindset and a strong desire to continuously learn new techniques / technologies and bring innovative ideas into the squad
