About the role
The Business Systems Manager will play a lead role in initiatives aimed at enhancing and evolving organisational Systems. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in the development and improvement of systems across the organisation that facilitate project management, process improvement, strategy implementation and organisational development. This position will be at the forefront of driving efficiency, innovation, and growth in organisational systems.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Demonstrated project management experience with an ability to lead, implement and deliver end-to-end project management of IT systems, including planning, resource and execution of plans
- Proficiency in LMS, CRMs and backend platforms
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, including ability to translate complex information into plain language and actions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Highly Developed Communication Skills - ability to convey technical information clearly (both written and oral) and interact with people at all levels is essential.
- Previous experience working within an agile team
- Considerable experience working within cross-functional teams and collaborating and communicating with senior business stakeholders
- Understanding of business process mapping, integration and system design processes.
- Understanding of Data Sovereignty
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and behaviour to work alongside people of all cultures, languages, capacities, sexual orientations, gender identities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in a culturally respectful and inclusive way, or the capacity to develop these.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects across multiple disciplines and technologies.
