To be successful in this position, you must have the following:
- Trade qualified butcher, preferably with gourmet experience
- A passion for your trade
- Reliable transport
- Team player with good communication skills
- Experienced in Value Adding & Gourmet Lines
- Well Presented & Customer service focused.
