RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate all aspects of administration of purchase orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers and internal team members for the smooth flow of product to stores.
- Creating and maintaining product lines and stock orders.
- Liaising daily with our offshore suppliers and factories
- Managing the shipping schedule and associated administration.
- Assist with Critical Path management.
- Monitoring and tracking key delivery schedules.
- Providing a key link between department and supplier.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a supply chain based role or in an administration role within a buying/product team is highly regarded.
- Confident working with Microsoft products, including excel.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to build great relationships with the external suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Thrive in a fast paced and exciting environment.
