JIVARO Recruitment are currently working with one of Australia's leading retailers in the search for a Supply Coordinator, to join their teamfor a 12 month contract.
The Supply Coordinator will play a vital role in providing a key link between the production and supply chain departments.
The role will ensure the smooth flow of operations by managing order processing, coordinating deliveries, and handling supply administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining product lines and purchase orders
- Liaising daily with offshore suppliers and factories to ensure deliveries are on time
- Ensure correct stock is delivered to the DC and store on time and maintain weekly delivery schedule
- Resolve any issues relating to delivery schedules and shipping issues
- Conduct sales analysis by size and input plans into OTB each season.
- Coordinate air and sea freight, including approval calculations and manifest checks.
- Action markdowns and price changes
- Proactively manage deliveries, including updates, early deliveries, and redirections.
- Manage costings, adjustments, and overspend forms efficiently.
- Order necessary materials from the fabric warehouse.
- Previous experience in supply chain coordination or similar administration role within a buying/product team is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Ideally proficient in AS400 and other relevant software systems.
- Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
