AddressZephyr cafe is located right next to Swan River in East Fremantle. We are looking for a experienced Head Chef who motivated and passionate to bring the cafe to the next level.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ Head Chef experience in a reputable
- Strong leadership skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Take the brand to the next level
Key duties include:
- Responsible menu creation and menu planning.
- Monitoring portion and waste control.
- Make sure that the food meets customers' satisfaction from presentation to the taste of the food.
- Hire and Train new kitchen staff.
- Stocktake and portion control.
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process.
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering.
- Ultimately be responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
- Responsible for health and safety.
- Responsible for food hygiene practices.
