Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of dedicated baristas and service staff to ensure a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining high service standards, addressing customer feedback, and resolving issues promptly.
- Staff Development: Train, motivate, and develop team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the cafe.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, particularly in cafes or coffee shops.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering a high-quality product.
