Located at Dee Why Beach, we are currently in search of a manager who has previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferably in a café setting).
The position requires a minimum commitment of five days per week, which includes working on weekends. Our café has established systems and processes, along with a highly experienced and cohesive team.
Opening hours are 6 AM until 2 PM. We are also open during evenings/night dinners Friday & Saturday
General duties include but not limited to:
● Manage, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
● A good work ethic and team player, reliable, punctual and presentable
● Clear communication and can lead by example
● Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation
● Manage labour costs through effective rostering
● Barista skills
● Be the face of the business at all times and be a leader in providing exceptional customer service
● Address customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve them immediately to maintain the store's reputation Bring your flair and approach
