About the Job:
Our client is a multinational leading retailer operating 2 cafes within a local healthcare site. As the Café Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day food and beverage activity of both shops. Your responsibilities will include cost control, ordering and customer service as well as presentation and cleanliness with a strong focus on HACCP and food safety reporting.
About You:
Looking for a café enthusiast, with a minimum of 3 years of experiences in Hospitality management, your profile is preferably that of a strong leader. This position calls for a self-motivated individual who thrives on interpersonal interactions. With a solid understanding of coffee and adept at multitasking, you should be well-organized and at ease managing high-volume periods while catering to customers from diverse backgrounds

- Food Safety Supervisor certificate
