The Grumpy Baker is an established cafe and bakery operating for over 20 years in various locations.We are looking for a full-time manager to run our Bilpin bakery!

Skills & Experience
- Previous hospitality experience is a must
- barista experience
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a smile :)

Tasks & responsibilities
- ordering & keeping on top of stock/wastage
- training, educating & mentoring staff
- quality control
- hygiene & safety
- rosters
- Making sure communication runs smoothly between front of house and back of house
- Great knowledge of our products / be loud and proud 😀
- Top notch customer service skills
- Making Coffees
- Working on the register
- Presenting food/ table service
- Preparing display of products
- Keeping areas clean & tidy
- Leading the team
Summary of role requirements:
- Flexible hours available
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role
- Expected salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
