Zouki Bendigo is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager.
The ideal candidate will:
Have worked as a Restaurant Manager minimum 2 years with an associated diploma qualification or equivalent.

Skills and Experience
- Deliver high level of customer service as a manager.
- Excellent language skills
- Good knowledge of food
- Strong communication skills
- Good MS Office skills essential
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent presentation
- Confident and strong personality
- Knowledge of reservations, rostering and ordering software is a must.
- Assisting and reporting for achieving operational and financial goals
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
Duties
- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
- Planning and organising special functions
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
- Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
