About the role

The Café Manager challenges our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces.

The individual will take the lead driving breakfast and lunch service. 

 Some duties include:

• Lead the day-to-day management and operations of the Café with a hands on approach.
• Implement regular trainings with the team with a focus on the customer journey and overall guest experience. 
• Monitor rosters and manning using hotel occupancy and breakfast packages as a guide to forecast high demand periods. 
• Motivate staff and be positive and passionate in all aspects of the role. 
• Develop and update sequence of service's for both breakfast and lunch trade.

Skills & experience  

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, café and bar with a calm approach.  
• Passion for hospitality and customer service. 
• Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.
• A team player with a hands on approach and the ability to coach and develop a team of high performing individuals.
