The Role:
The Café Manager will be responsible for:
- Upholding and implementing existing operational systems.
- Managing bookings and effectively communicating special requests to the kitchen.
- Maintaining a happy and organised café environment.
- Upskilling and managing the existing team to ensure continued excellence in service.
- Keeping the café running smoothly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in café or restaurant management.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and upskill a team effectively.
- Experience with booking systems and handling special requests.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
