This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 8-month contract paying $35/Hour + Super. This role is in Ultimo full time in the office.

About the Role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Call Centre Operator with a leading NSW Government agency. This role is responsible for delivering high quality customer service and administration.
Key accountabilities include:
- Respond to enquiries and proactively communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders related to service delivery, invoices and reports to ensure the provision of high quality customer service.
- Ensure the timely processing of customer applications and data using relevant information systems to support timely decision making.
- Update and maintain records of customer communication data and feedback through database management.
- Provide high quality support and expertise in word processing, accurate data entry and current spreadsheet skills to support the needs of the team.
- Conduct a range of administrative tasks to support the team.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent customer service experience via inbound/outbound calls.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a small team environment and to provide effective support to the organisation.
