The Andersen Partnership are working with a reputable and continuously growing Law Firm based in Sydney who are currently looking for a Call Centre Operator to join their team. This is an opportunity to work for a leading Australian Law Firm within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Speak with clients, accurately documenting the content of the call and proactively communicating with both internal and external clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with Lawyers regarding the client’s case notes and ensure all relevant information is collated and documented.
- Provide high-quality support in word processing, ensuring accuracy.
- Perform various administrative tasks to assist the team.
- Meet achievable KPI’s.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Strong organisational abilities.
- High attention to detail and effective note-taking skills during conversations.
- Ability to work well within a small team and provide effective support to the organisation.
