Who we're seeking
We are seeking an approachable and well-rounded Campground Maintenance and Ground Manager who compliments the operations of our campground and are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. You will be managing a team of 14 within Housekeeping, Public Areas, Maintenance and Landscaping as well as overseeing the operational aspects of these departments.
This role is a which you are overseeing the safe and efficient management of the Campground, keeping staff focused on providing the best customer service possible and ensuring all guests have a happy and memorable stay.
This role is a dual management role, so team work is a must as you will be working alongside our Campground Front of House Manager.
Our campground site includes:
- A pool
- 5 ablution blocks
- 219 Power sites
- 233 Un-powered sites
- 14 Cabins
- An overflow area overflow area for approx. 220 vans
- The coach campground area with approx. 29 sites + pool

You both will have
- Handyperson who has the skills to fault find and fix small breakdowns
- Capability to liaise with senior management on resort and business matters
- Ability to set targets and arrange personnel to achieve target objectives
- Understanding of statute requirements pertaining to the businesses and the ability to conform
- Ability to effectively create and manage a productive and happy team
- Strong conflict resolution skills at a departmental level
- Financial skills including budget management and reporting as required
- Good computer and literacy skills
- A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process.
