Due to continuous growth in our multi franchised company an exciting opportunity has become available for a candidate to join our service team at Macarthur BMW.
Macarthur BMW is an authorised BMW dealer located in the Macarthur region. It is part of a dealer group that has been established in the Macarthur region for more than 30 years.
At Macarthur BMW our main focus is customer service. You will join a highly professional team with a strong background.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a BMW Service Advisor is to carry out a variety of tasks in line with manufacturing specifications including but not limited to:
- Ensure that the Service Department contributes to customer satisfaction by providing optimal customer care
- Ensuring high quality of service work
- Promote the dealers service departments capabilities and strengths
- Determine customers needs and communicate these to the service shop to fix it right the first time and deliver the vehicle on time
- Achieve targeted service appointment rate
- Promote dealer service benefits to potential customers
- Increase service and parts sales
- Reduce customer No Show rate
- Attend BMW technical training as required
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate will consist of the following skills:
- Attention to detail
- Good communications skills
- Ability to prioritise work tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Honest and reliable with a can do attitude
- Impeccable presentation
- Valid NSW drivers licence
Experience in the automotive industry, especially with a call centre background will be highly regarded.
