As part of Group Risk's Strategy & Transformation team, this role will support the People & Culture Team in establishing and executing the approach, management, and measurement of learning requirements, that will support building the required capability to support the Risk function as it transitions to a data enabled, highly adaptive, business astute team.
What will your day look like
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and measuring learning experiences across the Risk Division in line with key priorities, leveraging existing resources, tools, and templates where relevant
- Designing, implementing, and measuring capability uplift interventions across the Risk Division in line with key priorities, leveraging existing resources, tools, and templates where relevant. Work with the relevant areas to enable new capabilities to be embedded across the business.
- Working closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and prioritise learning interventions and budgets.
- Incorporating best practice learning approaches and programs into program design and execution
- Gather data, run analysis, and clearly communicate delivery risks and issues to execute on agreed priorities, as well as success of execution.
- Create and drive a learning capability forum / centre of excellence across Risk where learning 'champions' can connect, share best practice and drive a passion for learning
What will you bring?
- Business acumen and strategic thinking with strong communication skills that enables the ability to influence and manage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, influencing, relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
- Previous experience of learning and change management. Managing the scheduling of end-to-end programme or project pipeline management is desirable
- Strong demonstrated skills of capability analysis, methodology & channels, design, delivery and evaluation.
- Solid judgment, with an ability to prioritise complex tasks, make timely decisions and is able to troubleshoot situations.
- Project Management skills - with the ability to understand the dependencies, requirements and constraints workstreams and functions will face and how to mitigate any risks for learning.
