The Senior Business Intelligence Officer is responsible for providing a senior level of support and technical advice for the operation of the Altus business information system, and Business Intelligence reporting platforms such as Power Bi.
Working in a team the successful applicant will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing and enhancing dashboards (leveraging information contained in the Altus system to support the department's performance reporting function) and underlying systems where required; They will also engage delivery partners on system issues, additional enhancements (including testing and upgrades), and consolidating user feedback.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
* Project management, contract management, and change management experience is highly desirable.
* Digital and technological understanding and expertise is required, including high levels of proficiency in Power BI.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 6 months. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
