Look no further - We are currently seeking a Capital Support Officer to join our Planning and Capital Development Team at Catholic Education.
This is a full time ongoing position based at our West Leederville Office.
About the Role?
The Capital Support Officer is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative and business support services to the Team Leader, Capital Consultants and Project Management Officer. This includes supporting the processes and procedures of the team, reviewing documentation and reports, and communication and liaison with stakeholders. This role will also support the archiving and management of information and documentation relating to Capital Development Plans.
About You?
- Commitment to the objectives and ethos of Catholic education.
- Proven experience to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a project support, administrative assistant or similar role.
- High level organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, manage multiple tasks concurrently, take initiative and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- High level interpersonal skills and commitment to providing high quality customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong time management skills.

- Salary range for this position is G1 to G4 on the CEO salary scale ($82,826 - $89,377 full time per annum) plus superannuation.
