Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance (cabin/van repairs, property maintenance, grounds maintenance, waste management etc), operation of the sewerage treatment plant, security and enforcement of rules of both parks which comprises motel units, cabins, powered and camping sites and permanent residents.
- The Maintenance Manager will work with an office manager who will run the office operations and both will report directly to the Owner who has significant residential management experience. This can be a Couples position if both parties have relevant experience.
- Both the Maintenance Manager and office manager are supported by a head office team, an assistant Maintenance Manager, cleaners and grounds staff.

Selection Criteria
- Previous Caravan Park management experience and/or residential management experience (2 year +)
- Trade or Handyperson or Building Skills
- Hands on management style - maintenance and problem resolution
- Passion for a quality community and constant improvement and efficiency
- Proficiency with computer software i.e. Outlook, Google Sheets
- Understanding of corporate processes, HR, reporting, and work place health and safety.
- Ability to work in a team environment
Work schedule will be 10 days on with 4 days off. (schedule can be flexible) including some public holidays. The Maintenance Manager is expected to be on call outside of business hours for emergencies.
This package is a full-time position, with Annual Leave and Superannuation paid.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Package: $86,000 /year + 11% Super = $95,460. Plus Annual and Sick Leave.
Plus a 3 bedroom furnished residence with utilities included valued at $26,000 pa
