- Assist in the management and coordination of care services within the facility
- Collaborate with the Facility Manager to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations
- Foster a sense of community and inclusivity within the home environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in aged care as a RN
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
