Form of workJoin our team in Wodonga as a Care Manager where you'll be part of a compassionate and dedicated group of clinical professionals. In this role, you will work alongside the General Manager and another Care Manager to oversee the delivery of person-centred care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include ongoing assessment, care planning, evaluation, and ensuring clinical governance to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Duties:
- Supervise the day-to-day clinical operations of the care home
- Lead and support the care home clinical team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Manage compliance with ACFI assessments
- Facilitate person-centred care planning and evaluation for residents, including family and carer involvement
- Conduct clinical governance audits
- Oversee medication management in line with resident needs and legislative requirements
- Coordinate with allied health professionals, medical practitioners, and other services to optimise resident care
Skills and Experience:
- Current registration with AHPRA is essential
- Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent qualification is essential
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is highly regarded
- Minimum of 30 beds management experience
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within Aged Care or acute settings
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management abilities
- Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and OHS guidelines
