������ Our exclusive client Prom Country Aged Care is currently seeking a Temporary Care Manager/Facility Manager to join our dedicated team in Foster, VIC. This exciting role offers an 8-week contract starting on March 25th, with the potential for extension.
As a Care Manager, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our elderly residents, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
Transportation: Must have own vehicle
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (plus on-call hours as needed)
Salary: $101.32 per hour + super + overtime paid
Weekends: No weekend shifts required
Reporting to: CEO
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Liaising effectively with agency staff.
- Resolution: Responding to and resolving complaints and incidents efficiently.
- Clinical Care: Overseeing all aspects of clinical care, including assessments, planning, and evaluation.
- Leadership: Providing clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff.
- Communication: Maintaining communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Autonomy: Demonstrating independent and professional operation with minimal supervision.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding financial, quality, and regulatory aspects of Aged Care management.
- Hands-on involvement: May require working on the floor if staffing shortages occur.
- Registered Nurse qualification with AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated experience in Aged Care management or a similar role.
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Aged Care regulations and standards.
- Ability to adapt and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
