Form of workAt Infin8 care, the critical role of Care Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of care and clinical services to our residents whilst leading our care team. Working closely with the Care Manager, Care Coordinator and Clinical/Care staff and supported by Facility Manager, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner which enables residents to make choices and have control over their support needs. Whilst leading and guiding the team, you will welcome new and prospective residents and their families to the facility, you will also be responsible for; generating care plans, conducting clinical assessments, monitor medication management, develop AN-AAC submissions, whilst ensuring that information is accurately recorded in accordance with all organisational and legislative requirements (AN-AAC), resident records and staff time recording.
