The Role
The Catastrophic Injuries Support (CIS) team is responsible for the determination and coordination of necessary and reasonable treatment, care and support services to all catastrophically injured clients in motor vehicle accidents in WA.
We currently have one permanent Care Services Coordinator opportunity available. In addition we’re establishing a pool of suitable applicants for future Care Services Coordinator positions.
A competitive salary will be offered to the successful applicant commensurate with skills and experience.
The Person
In addition to a tertiary qualification in Allied Health or Registered Nursing, and current registration with the relevant professional body, you will align with our values and have the capability to:
- assess, coordinate and monitor needs of catastrophically injured people;
- communicate in an empathetic manner to people who have suffered catastrophic injury and their families;
- apply effective case management strategies for people catastrophically injured; and
- think flexibly with a desire for service delivery innovation.
A current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) is a requirement of this position.
