Our state government client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking a Case Manager to fill their 6-month temporary vacancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with commercial experience to join a state government department.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
Work to resolve business- to- business and business- to- government disputes
Provide general advice and guidance to parties involved in disputes including applicable legislation, contracts etc.
Identify and recommend potential resolution options
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
Experience in dispute resolution with ideally small businesses
Ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation
Well-developed customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team
