AddressExciting opportunity to join a leading provider of accident & health claims case management. They are a well-established business with operations across Australia. Currently looking for an experienced Case Manager to join their growing team as they open a new Sydney office.

About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end claim management and acting as the primary point of contact;
- Collaborate with injured workers and health professionals;
- Identify issues and trends in the portfolio and take appropriate action;
- Ensure claims guidelines and legislation are adhered to;
- Provide expert advice to all key stakeholders and manage recoveries; and
- Maintain regular and appropriate contact with all parties to determine progress.
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of case management experience within the injury and illness claims space;
- Initiative and ability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence; and
- Schemes administration in each state (preferred).
