About the Role
With offices in Melbourne, Brisbane & now Sydney, be part of a service that provides a national service with onsite presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end claim management being the primary contact;
- Collaborate with injured workers and health professionals;
- Ensure claims guidelines and legislation are adhered to;
- Provide expert advice to all key stakeholders and manage recoveries; and
- Permanent opportunity.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2-3 years of case management, pertaining to injury and illness claims;
- Initiative and ability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment;
- Excellent attention to detail; and
- Schemes administration in each state (preferred).
