CASHIER ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Part-Time (0.4 FTE)
Circular Head Council is seeking to appoint a part-time Cashier Administration Officer 2 days per week.
The Officer will undertake Customer Service administration duties, including being a first point of contact for the Circular Head Council, by providing highly efficient, courteous, and effective customer service.
The Officer will acquire a sound working knowledge of Council activities and projects, expecting to translate Council needs into service delivery through the customer service team.
You will need:
- Demonstrated experience in an office environment including computer, telephone, and people skills.
- Commitment to personal integrity, continuous improvement, and understanding customer expectations ensuring a high standard of service to all customers (internal and external).
- Demonstrated experience in operating in a team environment, in particular sharing workloads and positively supporting colleagues The ability to work in a team and exercise tact, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Experience in coordinating tasks, setting priorities, and working to timelines in a pressured and changing environment.
