The Jephson Hotel is a 4.5-star hotel located in Toowong, Brisbane. We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent on a casual basis to join the dynamic and enthusiastic Front Office team, reporting to the Front Office Manager.
The successful candidate will need to be available to work weekdays, weekends, and sleepovers, as per the roster as well as covering sick and holiday leave.
Award wages with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide quality service to guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout their stay.
- Handling calls, emails, and reservation inquiries promptly and professionally
- Opening and Closing procedures
- Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
- Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting procedures, issue of room keys and guest confidentiality/privacy.
- General duties as requested by Management.

- CMS Guest Centrix management system is desirable but not essential.
