About the Role:
We are seeking a casual Administrative Assistants to join our dynamic administration team. This role involves supporting the School Services Team and administrative functions within the Administration Team.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an excellent administrator who is energetic, innovative, and dedicated to the ethos of independent Christian education. The successful candidate will be an active member of their local church.
Skills and Experience Required:
Strong support for the Christian ethos and independent nature of the College, aligned with the vision, mission, and values of The Anglican Schools Corporation (active participation in a local church required, reference needed).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google software; experience with databases, particularly Edumate, is a plus.
Ability to:
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
- Work effectively under pressure.
- Set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Solve complex problems creatively.
- Communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, from young students to staff and external community members.
Desirable:
- Experience working in school administration.
- First aid experience and qualifications.
- Experience in invoicing and data entry.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration.
