AddressOur multi-disciplinary health clinic continues to expand and we are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced casual receptionist to join our team in Runaway Bay.

Excellent computer and internet skills. The successful applicant will have intermediate skills with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word and Excel). Previous medical / allied health reception experience and experience with “Smartsoft/Front Desk/ Pracsuite” software would be an advantage.
AS THE OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/ ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
answering and directing incoming calls;
receipting payments cash and card / medicare / DVA / workcover;
processing incoming and outgoing mail;
meeting and greeting patients;
diary management and scheduling client appointments;
responding to general patient enquiries;
maintaining contact with patients regarding appointments, queries, payments, etc;
Liasing with medical referrers / specialists
preparation of varied documentation;
filing, scanning and archiving;
photocopying and general administration duties;
data entry;
maintaining stationery supplies;
maintaining the reception and administration areas of the office;
office cleaning;
general email and correspondence management;
stock taking and stock control.
The role will be approximately 16 to 20 hours per week, with potential flexibility offered depending on the attributes of the applicant. The role is shared with two other employees.
