Saltwater Eco Tours is an Indigenous- owned, Sunshine Coast based tourism company that provides unique marine experiences onboard a restored century old vessel.
We're seeking an experienced Chef or Cook to join our dynamic team in a Mooloolaba, specifically with a knowledge and interest in Native foods and sustainable practices.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking canape style food for the tour groups
- Menu development incorporating local, seasonal and native products
- Leading a team
- Inventory management and ordering supplies
- 20 - 30 hours within a fantastic outdoor environment.
- Opportunities to lead catering events on and off the vessel e.g. corporate functions
- Must be available weekends
