Cygnet Community Children’s Centre seeks experienced educators to join our team.
Cygnet Community Children’s Centre is a community-based childcare centre located 40 minutes south of Hobart.
We are seeking self-driven, reliable, engaging educators who strive to implement high-quality programs for children of all ages. Your connection with the children, families and our community is important, as is your passion and dedication to our profession.
Pedagogical practices are important to our service. Our Centre is inspired and influenced by Nature Play, Playwork, Reggio Emilia and Marte Meo. We strive to bring these practices to life through our daily interactions with the children, families and our broader community.
About the role:
- Cygnet Community Children’s Centre are seeking experienced casual and part-time educator's to join our team.
- Joining an established and supportive team, you will have the flexibility to work various shifts over the weekdays.

- Demonstrated experience in the provision of care in Centre-based settings

- Ability and willingness to implement the service’s philosophy
- Hold a current ACECQA-approved First Aid qualification or be willing to work towards
- Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable Persons Registration or be willing to work towards
- Current National Police Check
