Benefits & HR Administrators
Your new company
Your new company is a household name in FMCG manufacturing looking for a benefits administrator to join their HR team for a 6 week leave cover.
Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and allocate fleet resources across the various business units
- Provide accurate and timely assistance for Lion team members on all benefits matters including fleet cars, novated leases and parking
- Responding to cases in Service Now and directly via email
- Provide administration support to the Reward team with general matters including:
- Editing documentation such as policies, procedures and statements
- Producing confidential letters, including mail merging, editing and sending
- Data validation and checking
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will ideally:
- Have experience with benefits administration
- Demonstrable experience from a Human Resources role
- Be available to start immediately
- Have experience in large manufacturing, FMCG and/or fleet management organisation
