Form of workOatlands Golf Club is an 18 hole private members Golf Course which is rich in tradition and history. The Club is located in the north western suburbs adjacent to Parramatta and has a current membership of approximately 1200.
Main Duties:
- Set up and pack down events.
- Food service and clearing during events.
- Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol policies are implemented.
- Prepare bar for service with adequate supplies of glassware, drinks, bottles, fruit & garnishes.
- Wash and polish glassware, bar equipment and bar area.
- Maintain bar stock and advise on re-ordering.
- Operate the cash register. (knowledge in NorthStar an advantage)
- Take orders & serve beverages to customers at the bar and tables.
To be Successful in this position you will need to have:
- A current RSA certificate
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- A positive “can do” approach.
- A focus on customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Available weekends.
- Coffee making and Bar experience preferred
