What this job involves
We have a range of opportunities for casual Facilities Managers across multiple portfolios or locations where clients do not have embedded staff. This comprises various types of properties across multiple JLL Client Accounts. This role supports the Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management Agreement including managing service contracts, related budgets and tenant liaison to facilitate works.
Your responsibilities will include special projects, Client Account Team relief, inspections, mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems maintenance, cleaning & waste management, energy management, occupational health & safety management, supplier management, Emergency Response, capital works projects and financial management & reporting against agreed budgets.

- You will have exceptional interpersonal & customer service skills and experience working across remote sites will be looked upon favourably.
- You’ll be a strong communicator, with excellent presentation skills and have a passion for quality.
- You will have a degree in a Facilities Management, Building, or other related fields and a few years’ experience in facilities management.
- Through your prior roles, you would have gained the soft service or technical skills in understanding commercial facilities management, OH&S, vendor management and a basic understanding of the technical aspects of property.
- You must be able to manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- You’ll be used to working with Excel, & Word and it is preferred that you have experience working with an FM software platform.
