Qualifications & experience
- Medical Reception experience preferred (flexible for right candidate)
- Previous experience with Best Practice Software favourable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answering Phones
- Booking Appointments
- Taking Payments (Cash, Eftpos, Cheque)
- End of Day Banking / Reconciliation
- Answering patient queries
- Providing administrative support to the GPs and other health providers
