About the Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner at GoodMind Therapeutics, you will play a crucial role in our mission. You'll be a registered nurse with the education and authorisation to function autonomously and collaboratively in an advanced and extended clinical role.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct telehealth screenings of patients before their appointments with our psychiatrists for comprehensive medical and mental health examinations.
Undertake additional tasks as per company needs.
Adhere to competencies, guidelines, and codes of professional standards outlined by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Qualifications for Success:
Highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)
Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse.General and Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with AHPRA
Nurse practitioner experience within adult mental health or significant experience in mental health nursing before becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport, provide empathetic care, and explain complex medical concepts to patients
Current BLS certification.
