About the role

This is a dynamic role for a Transition to Nurse Practitioner to work as part of our supportive multi-disciplinary team in TheAmbulatory Care & Hospital in The Home (HiTH) department at Orange Health Service.  You will work in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment to deliver high quality, evidenced- based care.

The role of the Nurse Practitioner is to provide collaborative clinical care to patients presenting to the facility. This will include; assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral of patients in accordance to clinical scope of practice.
