What You'll Do:

  • You'll be the friendly face that applicants meet, helping them with their visa applications.
  • Answer questions and provide support in person, via email, or on the phone.
  • Manage financial transactions, ensuring impeccable accuracy.
  • Keep records and maintain application data, entering it into our systems promptly.
  • Make sure passports find their way back to the right owners.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with our standard operating procedures.
  • Introduce applicants to our Value Added Services, enhancing their experience.
  • Encourage applicants to share feedback and improve our services.
  • Strive to meet our Turn Around Time targets.
  • Plus, you might get some other tasks assigned from time to time.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Basic email and MS Office skills.
  • Typing proficiency.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptability and the ability to handle customer queries.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written, reading & speaking) in Arabic and English both.
  • Availability of all the rosters up to 38 hours per week.
