A new permanent part time opportunity has come up within the operations side of our Asset Management business. We currently have an opportunity within our Interleasing business for an Operations Support Officer. This position is 5 days a week with shorter hours (30 hours per week).

You will be responsible for:
- Our Fleet Management team manages and monitors, In-Life services such as vehicle registrations, infringements, Fuel Cards, E-tags & Mini Leases.
- The role requires great attention to detail and accuracy, while it is critical to maintain great customer service levels both internally & externally.
- The role ensures that all relevant documentation & support is given to customers during the life-cycle of their vehicle.
- All payments and transactions are processed accurately and within timeframe, including all problems are resolved with customer safety, satisfaction and company risk mitigation as a priority.
Successful candidates will have/be:
- Strong administration skills
- A customer focused approach to solving problems and communication
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to liaise with Transport authorities across Australia, with the mind set of solving issues while having the best interest of the customer at the forefront
- Ability to work as a member of a team and willingness to assist others where necessary
- A high level of accuracy in data-entry work and an eye for detail in picking up anomalies in general processing
- Can focus and be disciplined to process high volumes of work against deadlines to ensure team efficiency
- Can think clearly and resolve issues under pressure and time of high workload or change
- Ability to liaise with infringement issuing authorities across all states and resolving escalated infringement issues.
