A great opportunity exists for a bright experienced and mature minded person to join our friendly physiotherapy clinic reception team.
The successful applicant will be well presented and possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy and tidiness. Essential to the position is the ability to multitask whilst maintaining a calm and friendly manner during busy periods, and to work well as part of a team with minimal supervision. A client focused and helpful attitude will allow you to excel in this position.
This position is casual, covering 1 day a week on Tuesdays from 8.30am to 5.45pm on a regular basis, with flexibility to cover staff holidays or sick leave.

The reception role duties include:
- Greet clients with a welcoming smile
- Answering phone calls and email enquiries
- Making appointments via our software
- Processing Hicaps and Medicare payments
- Reconcile daily payments
- Communicating with practitioners
- Light cleaning duties
- Managing laundry, couriers and trades people
- Change linen
